Management will not be responsible for injuries to persons struck by batted or thrown balls and other flying objects.  The holder of this ticket assumes all risk and danger and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event, including the danger of being exposed to or contracting any form or strain of coronavirus, any communicable disease, condition, or malady however defined (whether now known or unknown).  This ticket is a revocable license subject to termination with denial of admission or removal from the facility by management without compensation.  The holder of this ticket recognizes that attendance is voluntary and may result in serious illness or personal injury.  By accepting and using a ticket, the holder assumes all risks and dangers incidental to this event and irrevocably release the Town of Forest City, Coastal Plain League, Forest City Owls, LLC, Forest City Owls Concessions, LLC and their owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, sponsors, advertisers, players, any affiliated parties, and individuals from any and all liabilities, including illness, economic losses and personal injury.  By attending, the holder agrees that any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or in any way related to attendance shall only be determined by mandatory, confidential, and binding arbitration in Rutherford County, NC.  The holder agrees the holder shall not be entitled to join or consolidate claims by or against other individuals or entities or as a representative member of a putative class.  This ticket is non-refundable.  Rain Check:  In the event that 4 ½ innings of this game are not completed, this ticket may be exchanged at the box office for an available like ticket for any regular season home game.
