Phil and Becky Dangel are entering their 10th season as owners of the Forest City Owls and as a member of The CPL. They have both been involved in the business world for over 50 years, the majority of which was spent at Macy’s, Goody’s Family Clothing, and for 15 years, as owners of The Shrimp Dock of Knoxville, a fresh seafood market /Restaurant with 3 locations, which they sold in 2022.

Both have been active in the town of Farragut, Tennessee, where they have been on a variety of boards within the town, including The Tourism board, Church, Economic development, Little League and Boy Scouts. Becky led the preschool board at Farragut Presbyterian Church for many years. Becky and Phil have three sons and two fabulous daughters-in-law and two teenage Grandchildren all of whom live in the Southeast. Since selling The Shrimp Dock, Becky and Phil have been fortunate to travel more frequently visiting South America, Australia, New Zealand and a few European Countries. Phil is a diehard Boston Red Sox, New England Patriot, and Boston Celtic fan, in. addition to rooting for The Tennessee Vols.
