Connor Dailey


Connor Dailey is entering his second season as the Head Coach of the Forest City Owls, he also served as the Owls Pitching Coach in 2019. Dailey coached 3 years at Catawba Valley Community College, before accepting the GA/Pitching Coach position at Southeastern University(FL) before the 21-22 season. Prior to accepting the Head Coach position with the Owls, he served as the pitching coach with the Edenton Steamers(’20), Forest City Owls(’19), and the Mooresville Spinners(’18) where the team won the SCBL Championship. 
Dailey is a local product having grown up in Rutherfordton, NC with his parents and two younger siblings. He played his high school ball at  R-S Central High School under Chadd Fowler before continuing his career collegiately. Dailey played 4 years at Lenoir-Rhyne University, while also spending two summers pitching for the FC Owls in 2016/2017. Those teams won 3 of 4 halves and were Western Divisional Champions back-to-back summers.
